Key Responsibilities

Join a global leader in contract logistics and take charge of large-scale warehouse operations, driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operations for the raw materials, inventory control, and ship kits business unit, managing a workforce of approximately 200 employees.
• Oversee inventory management, inbound receiving, outbound fulfilment, and warehouse operations while ensuring KPI, productivity, and quality targets are consistently achieved.
• Build strong customer relationships through regular operational reviews, performance reporting, and collaboration on safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive operational excellence by leading process improvement, automation, staff development, and facility management across three warehouse buildings.

Skills/Experience Required

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of leadership experience in contract logistics or warehouse operations.
• Strong leadership, people management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience in operational planning, project management, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills experience with data visualization is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
