Key Responsibility:
Investment Analysis & Financial Modeling
- Lead financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis for strategic investments, M&A, partnerships, new businesses, and transformation initiatives.
- Assess business performance, returns, risks, and key assumptions to support investment decisions.
Business Case & Investment Materials
- Develop investment papers, business cases, valuation summaries, and management/Investment Committee materials.
- Translate financial analysis into clear investment recommendations and challenge key business assumptions.
M&A, Partnership & Transaction Support
- Lead key workstreams across target screening, due diligence, valuation, deal structuring, and transaction execution.
- Coordinate with external advisors and internal stakeholders and support negotiation preparation.
Capital Allocation & Portfolio Monitoring
- Evaluate capital allocation across strategic investments and growth initiatives.
- Monitor investment performance, capital deployment, and returns against approved business cases.
- Identify value creation opportunities, risks, and corrective actions.
Strategic Finance Partnership
- Partner with Corporate Finance, Strategy, FP&A, Business Units, and Operations on strategic investment initiatives.
- Provide high-quality analysis and recommendations to support senior management decisions.
- Ensure investment decisions align with business strategy, financial governance, and long-term value creation.
