About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager - Corporate Learning & Culture to lead organization-wide learning, talent development, and culture initiatives that strengthen business capability and support sustainable growth.
This role partners closely with business leaders and HR teams to develop future-ready talent, build leadership pipelines, foster a high-performance culture, and enhance employee experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Learning & Capability Development
- Develop and execute enterprise learning strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Design and implement leadership development, functional capability, onboarding, compliance, digital learning, and change management programs.
- Identify capability gaps and develop targeted learning solutions in partnership with business leaders and HR teams.
- Drive the effectiveness and adoption of learning platforms and development initiatives.
- Measure learning outcomes and business impact through relevant metrics and analytics.
Culture & Employee Engagement
- Lead initiatives that strengthen organizational culture, values, and desired behaviors.
- Embed culture and values into employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, performance management, talent reviews, and recognition programs.
- Drive culture campaigns, engagement activities, and leadership role-modeling initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate culture adoption and employee engagement trends.
Talent Development & Succession Planning
- Develop and manage talent development frameworks and leadership pipeline programs.
- Lead succession planning and high-potential talent development initiatives.
- Partner with leaders to create career development pathways and growth opportunities.
- Strengthen organizational bench strength for critical business roles.
HR Transformation & Employee Experience
- Lead HR transformation projects related to learning, culture, talent, and employee experience.
- Promote data-driven decision-making through HR analytics and workforce insights.
- Enhance HR processes, governance, and digital solutions to improve effectiveness and scalability.
- Support change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, Education, or related fields.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organization Development, Culture Transformation, HR Transformation, or HR Business Partner roles.
- Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide learning, leadership development, talent management, or culture initiatives.
- Experience in retail, wholesale, FMCG, logistics, or large-scale operational environments is highly preferred.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, and change management capabilities.
- Excellent analytical, communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), HR technology, and HR analytics tools is an advantage.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
