This role is responsible for driving data-driven decision making across digital channels which includes strategic planning, performance analysis and optimizing business growth, customer experience, and profitability. Also, Manages BI analysts and collaborates with commercial, marketing, operations and tech teams to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Business Strategy
- Develop and execute online business strategies aligned with company goals.
- Identify revenue growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive insights.
- Monitor and optimize KPIs including revenue, conversion rate, customer acquisition, retention, profitability and operations.
- Provide strategic recommendations on pricing, campaigns, and product performance.
Business Intelligence & Analytics
- Lead the design and delivery of dashboards, reports, and executive insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and reporting consistency.
- Analyze customer behavior, sales performance, and operational metrics.
- Develop forecasting models and performance projections.
- Present data-driven insights to senior leadership in a clear, actionable format.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 8-10+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital business.
- Experience in business intelligence, data analytics or online strategy preferred.
- Fluent in Thai and English.
- Proficient in Excel, Power BI, or other analytical tools and Power Point.
