Position: Senior Manager – Engineering (Mechanical)
Department - Engineering – Mechanical
Location - Head Office (Gurugram –Haryana)
Experience: Minimum 15+ Years
Qualification: B. Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering / Piping Engineering
Master's degree will be an added advantage.
Compensation: CTC: Up to **₹12 LPA** (Based on experience and competency)
About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager – Engineering (Mechanical) to lead the mechanical engineering function for renewable energy and environmental infrastructure projects. The incumbent will be responsible for engineering design, technical reviews, project coordination, vendor management, quality assurance, and timely execution of multiple projects related to Compressed Biogas (CBG) projects.
Key Responsibilities
Engineering & Design
Lead mechanical engineering activities for EPC projects from concept to commissioning.
Review and approve mechanical engineering deliverables, including PFDs, P&IDs, GA drawings, equipment layouts, piping layouts, isometrics, and fabrication drawings.
Ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards, statutory regulations, and client specifications.
Optimize engineering designs to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and maintainability.
Project Coordination
Coordinate with Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, Process, Procurement, and Project Execution teams.
Provide engineering support during project execution and commissioning.
Resolve technical issues encountered during fabrication, erection, and commissioning.
Monitor engineering schedules to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure adherence to quality management systems.
Maintain engineering documentation and revision control.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements.
Support internal and external technical audits.
