Role Summary
The Senior Manager, FCM Webstore owns the commercial success, strategy and day to day performance of the Global FCM Webstore platform. This role is accountable for revenue growth, LiveOps execution, customer experience, conversion optimization, SKU strategy and the long term product roadmap in conjunction with the FCM Studio LiveOps LT plus our partner in CODA.
The role leads cross functional execution across Studio, CODA, Product, Engineering, Marketing, CRM, Legal, Analytics & regional Hub and Spoke teams to deliver a scalable global web commerce platform. Success requires strong commercial leadership, operational excellence and the ability to align multiple stakeholders around shared business outcomes.
