Senior Manager Finance Accounting

Our client is a listed semiconductor company and they are looking for Senior Finance Manager due to the team expanding.

Job Description

1.Manage day-to-day finance operations and prepare the full set of accounts of Singapore and overseas subsidiaries, including general ledger (GL), accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and expense approval;

2.Reconcile the intercompany transactions with counterparties;

3.Perform full set closing independently and prepare accurate monthly management reports, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow;

4.Audit & Internal Controls Liaise with external auditor for both local & group auditors, serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors

• Prepare audit schedules and resolve audit queries effectively
• Ensure internal controls regarding purchasing, sales, expenses and inventory movement are robust and strictly adhered to

5.Tax & Statutory Compliance

• Assist in the computation of Corporate Income Tax, liaise with tax agent for CIT submission.
• Ensure compliance with local corporation Secretary requirements under company Act. 6.Ad hoc duties when assigned by the superior.

Requirements

1.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;

2.Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) is a plus;

3.5+ years of experience in accounting, knowledge in manufacturing industry is a plus;

4.Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office; 5.Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure;

6.Fluent in English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders in Greater China.
