Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting operations, including AP/AR, payroll, journal entries, and monthend closing activities.
  • Prepare financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses to support business decisionmaking.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring across departments.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS, tax regulations, and internal control requirements.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and support all auditrelated activities.
  • Manage and forecast cash flow; monitor liquidity, analyze inflows and outflows, and recommend actions to optimize working capital.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 510 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, budgeting, financial reporting, and internal controls.
  • Proficient in Excel, ERP systems (e.g., CW1 Software), and financial reporting tools.
  • Experienced with labour.go.th and hr-odthai.com.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problemsolving skills.
  • Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
