Senior Manager, Finance (Finance Business Partnering)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and review segment consolidation while assisting in the preparation of financial and management reports, adhering to accounting policies. Collaborate with the Business Partner Team on segment reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Support the preparation of results announcements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, corporate laws, and relevant listing rules. Assist in the development of the Group's Annual Report. Consolidate forecasts and budgets effectively. Provide support for the Group Financial Reporting System, coordinating with consultants to address any issues. Liaise with auditors regarding group audit processes. Oversee corporate activities in collaboration with external consultants. Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance to enhance performance and professional development. Facilitate team training and development to ensure competency in all required tasks. Undertake ad-hoc assignments as necessary.

Requirements

• Recognized degree in Accounting or an equivalent professional qualification. 10 - 12 years of relevant working experience, preferably starting in a Big 4 audit firm and transitioning to a commercial environment with similar responsibilities. Knowledgeable in Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (International) and regulatory compliance for listed companies. Demonstrated leadership experience, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining rigorous financial reporting standards. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills capable of managing multiple priorities. Self-driven, meticulous, proactive, and a strong team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills.
