Senior Manager Finance Operations

Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage Operation Finance and Cashier Operations across all branches, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.
2. Develop and implement finance and cashier SOPs, policies, and internal controls to strengthen governance and prevent fraud.
3. Manage branch operating budgets, cash flow, daily cash deposits, and payment processes to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.
4. Lead workforce planning, performance management, and capability development for Operation Finance and Cashier teams.
5. Monitor operational KPIs, analyze financial performance and customer feedback, and drive continuous process improvements.
6. Partner with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives, payment solutions, and operational excellence.
7. Prepare management reports and provide recommendations to improve operational and financial performance.
8. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

1. Master's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
2. At least 10 years of experience in finance, budgeting, or cashier operations, with supervisory experience.
3. Strong knowledge of internal controls, cash management, and manpower planning.
4. Strong leadership and cross-functional communication skills.
5. Good analytical, risk management, and strategic planning skills.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
