Be the Financial Business Partner for the management team and other departments through good understanding of external environment, business, operations and processes to ensure effective business decision making
Increase shareholder value for the company by setting and supporting delivery of challenging financial and non-financial targets within an effective and robust financial control environment
Support the development and maintenance of the medium and long term strategy and action plan
Oversee management reporting and financial presentation of the company
Ensure the development of the overall Finance Function
Foster a culture of fact-based decision making, cost consciousness and cash management throughout the organization.
Support the management team in strategic direction setting as well as cross-function strategic alignment through scenario modelling, profit pool analysis and strategic alternatives evaluation.
Maximize business performance by working closely alongside, challenging and influencing the support function Management Team
Support, guide and influence strategic decision making through business case development and ad-hoc analysis.
Provide relevant insights to support the development of the business on continuous basis through revenue, cost, margin and profit pool analysis.
Lead Planning and budgeting cycle with business.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
Minimum 7 years of hands‑on experience in FP&A or Business Controlling, with at least 5 years in managerial role
Strong hands‑on skills in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and business partnering
Hands‑on experience with advanced Excel and ERP / BI systems
Excellent analytical skills, business acumen, and strategic thinking
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Able to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
Strong problem‑solving skills with leadership capability
