Job Description

Key Responsibility:

1. Omnichannel Business Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute omnichannel business strategies, commercial plans, and growth initiatives aligned with company objectives and customer needs.

2. Sales & Commercial Performance Management

  • Monitor and drive sales performance, profitability, conversion, basket size, and key commercial KPIs across all omnichannel touchpoints.

3. Category & Assortment Management

  • Manage product assortment, pricing, promotions, and merchandising strategies to maximize sales opportunities and customer relevance.

4. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Technology, and Store Operations teams to ensure effective execution of omnichannel initiatives.

5. Customer Experience & Journey Optimization

  • Enhance customer experience across digital and physical channels through continuous improvement of customer journey, service quality, and fulfillment processes.

6. Campaign & Promotion Execution

  • Lead omnichannel campaigns, seasonal activities, and promotional initiatives to increase customer engagement, traffic, and revenue generation.

7. Data Analytics & Performance Reporting

  • Analyze business trends, customer insights, and operational performance to identify opportunities, risks, and improvement actions.

8. Team Leadership & Capability Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop team capabilities to improve performance, productivity, and succession readiness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, E-Commerce, or related fields.
  • Master's degree is an advantage.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Retail, E-Commerce, Omnichannel, Commercial, or Category Management.
  • Experience in Home & Living Electronics, Retail Operations, or Omnichannel business management is preferred.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and commercial performance.
  • Experience leading teams and managing stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
