Job Description
A] Strategic HR Leadership
- Design and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives in Thailand.
- Oversee HR functions in Thailand, ensuring alignment with global HR policies and local regulations.
- Lead organisational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.B] Recruitment & On boarding
- Lead recruitment and selection efforts to attract top talent, ensuring a strong pipeline for critical roles.
- Identify and select high-calibre candidates in collaboration with line managers, adhering to corporate recruitment procedures.
- Proactively initiate candidate identification through the employee referral program to minimise downtime.C] Performance Management
- Support the performance management process, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting performance reviews and setting development goals.D] Talent & Succession Planning
- Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Conduct talent assessments and identify high-potential employees.
- Create and manage career development plans for key employees.E] Employee Relations and Engagement
- Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations practices.
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Mediate and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and use feedback to drive improvements in the workplace.F] Compliance & Policy Management
- Ensure all HR policies comply with local labour laws and regulations in Thailand.
- Regularly review and update policies to reflect current best practices and legal requirements.G ] HR Reporting and Analytics
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports to support strategic decision-making.

- Support organisational development initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement change management strategies.I] Compensation & Benefits1. Direct collaboration with leadership teams to formulate and enhance compensation strategies, focusing on attracting, retaining, and motivating talent.
- Oversee market research and analysis conducted by the Compensation and Benefits Specialist to benchmark compensation packages against industry standards.
- Analyse compensation data provided by the Compensation and Benefits Specialist to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and alignment with company policies.J] Payroll Management
- Oversee the consolidation of payroll data from various sources, delegating tasks to the Compensation and Benefits Specialist to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Supervise the reconciliation of payroll data, guiding the Compensation and Benefits Specialist in verifying correctness and compliance.
- Ensure the timely preparation and submission of payroll data to the outsourced HR payroll system, with the support of the Compensation and Benefits Specialist.
The Successful Applicant
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced degree (Master's or MBA) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in human resources management.
- Proven track record of managing HR functions in a multinational company, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Extensive experience in strategic HR roles with regional responsibilities, particularly overseeing operations in multiple countries.
- Prior experience working on certification of Great Place to work will be an advantage
- Job knowledge:
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and regulations in both Thailand.
- Strong understanding of compensation and benefits strategies and best practices on a regional level.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in the HR field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams across two countries.
- Proficiency in HR software and data analytics tools.
- Strong organisational and project management skills to handle complex HR projects.
- Ability to analyse HR data and provide strategic insights to senior leadership.
