Responsibilities, aka, what we'd like you to deliver :

1. Financial Planning & Analysis (MOP, QOP & AOP):

● Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long term financial planning processes.

● Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision making.

2. Business Partnering:

● Act as a strategic partner to business units, providing financial guidance, support & Co own Business targets.

● Building depth business operations and driving growth & Profitability.

3. Category Management:

● Develop financial strategies to support inventory management, procurement, and supplier negotiations.

● Monitor and report on key metrics related to category profitability through pricing, margins and supply chain efficiency

● Actively working with Business on optimising and solving for Working Capital

4. Team Leadership:

● Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals.

● Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration within the finance team.

Qualifications:

● CA or MBA with relevant experience of 2-4 years

● Strong experience in the business finance domain including budgeting, ROI, variance analysis, stakeholder & team management.

● Demonstrated experience in revenue planning, pricing, supply chain finance and category management.

● Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
