Lead Procurement Transformation Across APAC

Are you a strategic procurement leader who can turn complexity into opportunity

We are hiring a Senior Manager, Indirect Procurement to lead the transformation of a US$250M indirect spend portfolio across 13 countries and 11 manufacturing sites. This is a high-visibility regional role with the opportunity to shape procurement strategy, drive measurable value creation, strengthen supplier partnerships, and establish governance across a diverse and rapidly evolving APAC business.

What You Will Do

• Develop and execute regional indirect procurement strategies that deliver sustainable savings and business value.
• Lead strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, contracting, and supplier performance management.
• Drive procurement governance, compliance, and process standardization across APAC markets.
• Partner with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance leaders to influence decisions and optimize spend.
• Identify opportunities to simplify specifications, manage demand, and improve total cost of ownership.
• Use analytics and market intelligence to manage risk, improve supplier performance, and uncover new value opportunities.

What You Will Bring

• 10+ years of procurement experience, including significant indirect procurement responsibility.
• Exposure to categories such as CAPEX, MRO, Logistics, Facilities Management, or Business Services, in a manufacturing or industrial sector is highly desirable.
• Experience working across multiple APAC markets in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Proven success managing large, regional spend portfolios and delivering measurable cost savings.
• Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, category management, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving change in complex matrix organizations.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to leverage data and analytics to support decision-making.
• Experience leading procurement transformation, governance, or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to build strategic supplier partnerships while effectively managing risk and supply continuity.
