Position: Senior Manager – Investment Accounting (Local Only)

Arbeit Group is currently supporting one of our clients in hiring a Senior Manager – Investment Accounting to oversee investment accounting operations, portfolio management, and financial reporting in a dynamic, fastgrowing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the investment accounting team, ensuring high performance and continuous knowledge improvement
- Oversee investment transactions, including purchases, sales, valuation, accruals, and income recognition
- Manage portfolio reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies
- Deliver financial reporting and analysis on investment performance to support strategic decisions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, internal controls, and accounting policies
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives across accounting operations
- Coordinate with external stakeholders such as asset managers, auditors, and senior management
- Maintain strong data governance and accuracy within accounting systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/CA preferred)
- Have experience in an insurance company
- Strong experience in investment accounting and financial operations
- Solid understanding of GAAP / IFRS and accounting procedures
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is highly preferred
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and accounting systems (Oracle, Blackline, etc.)
- Strong analytical, communication, and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage crossfunctional stakeholders
