Job Description

Job Purpose:

This position is responsible for logistics strategy / budget and management of all logistics activities (import, export, warehouse, transportation) for the company and affiliated including external customers. This position will liaise with the Logistics Service Providers to ensure cost and service meet target. Primary concentration will be on developing strategy and driving action. Strengthen 3rd party logistics provider and team are critical success factor for this role. This is executive level, develop strategy, professional team management, formal presentation to senior executive, project management and drive for results are mandatory. Drive Minor's logistics toward future trend to maximize right tools/technology to achieve higher efficiency and productivity.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement logistics strategy to support Minor International PCL strategy

• Develop and manage logistics budget

• Manage logistics to achieve business objective and target

• Ensuring right logistics model per each segmentation

• Coordination between the operations department of MINT and Logistics Service Providers to ensure availability of products, while maintaining an optimum level of inventory, overall smooth and customer focused and operations with optimum cost.

• Monitor and develop Logistics Service Provider performance

• Develop and manage Logistics Service Provider contracts

• Work with supply chain team and key suppliers to ensure transport costs are within industry standards.

• Evaluate logistics cost and rate charge periodically

• Develop and maintain benchmarking on all logistics costs

• Supervise logistics team members and Logistics Service Providers

• Improve logistics team capability through technology and people development

• Support international expansion and future growth of MINT in both logistics and QA dimension • Transform current logistics operation to digital logistics.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Duties:

• Adhere to the company's employee rules & regulations.

• Attend and contribute to all training sessions, meetings and activities as required.

• Exercises responsible behaviour at all times, positively representing MINOR International PCL..

• Maintains strong, professional relationship with relevant business partners.

• Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming.

• Keep the office and working areas clean and tidy at all times.

• Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualification:

• Experience in food service, logistics or retail industry would be advantage

• Proficiency in English and computer literacy

• Be self-motivated, a strong team player and enable to work under pressure

Education:

• At least Bachelor Degree in related field Supply Chain / Logistic / Engineering

Experience:

• At least 8 years in management level in supply chain management
