The Role

The Senior Manager, Digital Communications & Campaigns drives NTUC's digital engagement efforts by planning and executing integrated digital campaigns, managing social media initiatives, developing audience engagement strategies, and optimising digital performance across platforms.

The role works closely with communications, policy, business, and operational teams to translate organisational priorities into effective digital content, campaigns, and engagement opportunities that strengthen NTUC's visibility and support worker outreach objectives.

Responsibilities

Digital Campaign Management

  • Plan, coordinate and execute integrated digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Develop campaign strategies, audience targeting approaches, content plans and launch timelines.
  • Manage campaign implementation from concept development to post-campaign reporting.
  • Coordinate campaign activities across internal stakeholders and external agencies.

Social Media Management

  • Develop and manage content calendars for NTUC's digital and social media channels.
  • Draft, review and optimise social media content for different platforms and audience segments.
  • Ensure content aligns with organisational messaging and campaign objectives.
  • Monitor social media trends, audience behaviour and platform developments to improve engagement.

Content Development

  • Develop digital content strategies and creative briefs to support organisational priorities.
  • Produce and coordinate multimedia content, including videos, key visuals, digital assets and campaign materials.
  • Work with designers, videographers and agencies to ensure quality and timely delivery of content.
  • Adapt content for different platforms and communications objectives. Digital Marketing & Media Buys
  • Manage paid digital campaigns across social media, search and other digital platforms.
  • Work with media agencies to develop media plans, audience targeting and campaign optimisation strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance against objectives and recommend adjustments where necessary.
  • Prepare reports and performance analyses to support decision-making and future planning.

Digital Platforms & Audience Engagement

  • Support the development and launch of digital platforms, microsites and online engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate user testing, feedback gathering and content updates for digital platforms.
  • Work with business owners and technical teams to improve user experience and engagement outcomes.
  • Drive awareness and traffic to NTUC's digital products and resources.

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the key liaison between communications teams, business units, agencies and vendors.
  • Coordinate digital support for organisational campaigns, launches and events.
  • Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into actionable digital plans.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and objectives.

Budget & Vendor Management

  • Manage campaign budgets and procurement processes.
  • Coordinate with vendors and agencies on deliverables, timelines and performance expectations.
  • Track budget utilisation and support financial reporting requirements.
  • Validate campaign deliverables and performance outcomes.

Performance Measurement & Reporting

  • Monitor digital performance metrics including reach, engagement, traffic and campaign effectiveness.
  • Consolidate campaign results and prepare management reports.
  • Identify insights and recommendations to improve future digital initiatives.
  • Support the development of benchmarks and performance targets.

Role Requirements

  • A passion for helping our working people lead better lives through work, live and play.
  • Degree, preferably in Communications or Marketing Communications, with minimum 5-7 years of relevant working experience in digital marketing and social media management
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with excellent command of written and spoken English. Proficiency in mother tongue, both spoken and written, will be an added advantage.
  • A good team player who is self-motivated, resourceful, with an affable personality.
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
