Are you a structured problem solver, an analytical thinker, and a master of cross-functional execution We are looking for ex-consultants and strategic operators to join our Regional Capabilities team. In this high-impact role, you will act as an internal consultant and growth catalyst—bridging the gap between central technology products and regional commercial execution across 15 international markets.
You will own the diagnostic phase, commercial planning, and Go-To-Market (GTM) execution for critical business levers that drive either
Marketplace Affordability (VFD)or Commercial Excellence.
Core Responsibilities
- Commercial Diagnostics & Deep Dives: Leverage data insights to diagnose complex business bottlenecks across regional markets. Analyze marketplace dynamics, unit economics, or advertising revenue streams to uncover optimization opportunities.
- Strategic Roadmap & Prioritization: Translate market diagnostics into structured business requirements and strategic roadmaps. Work closely with central Product/Engineering and local leadership teams to prioritize initiatives based on ROI, margin impact, and feasibility.
- Go-To-Market (GTM) & Execution Excellence: Own the end-to-end rollout strategy for new commercial features and product capabilities. Manage project timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure local market readiness for maximum commercial adoption.
- Matrix Stakeholder Management: Act as the vital link between central technical teams and local country managing directors. Drive alignment, manage cross-functional dependencies, and influence without direct authority in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Process Architecture & Scaling: Build scalable frameworks, playbooks, and standardized operational processes. Document implementation wins to reduce operational friction and upskill local teams across all regions.
We are looking for candidates who can flex into one of two key areas :
- Marketplace Performance & Affordability (VFD): Focuses on optimizing promotional strategy & efficiency, margin dynamics while steering commercial forecasting, and cross-functional governance.
- Commercial Excellence: Focuses on standardizing, orchestrating, and executing commercial and product rollouts seamlessly across all markets
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 to 8+ years in GTM Strategy, Program/Project Management (PMO), Management Consulting, or Commercial Operations within a high-growth tech, e-commerce, or marketplace environment.
- Commercial & Analytical Rigor: Deep understanding of unit economics, promotional mechanics, margin management, and data-driven benchmarking (SQL/dashboarding experience preferred).
- Matrix Leadership: Strong track record of influencing without authority and managing diverse stakeholders across central, regional, and local entity layers.
- Mindset: Highly structured, comfortable with ambiguity, proactive, hands-on, and possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills
