- Lead and develop the Manufacturing Engineering team to ensure engineering capabilities meet or exceed manufacturing quality, cost, and delivery standards.
- Collaborate with Program Management and cross-functional leaders to support customer programs and exceed customer expectations.
- Oversee process, product, and equipment engineering activities to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.
- Provide technical leadership to site operations, define technology roadmaps, and partner with corporate and regional teams to drive cost reduction and performance improvements.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field with 8+ years of relevant manufacturing or engineering experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Proven people leadership and management experience within a manufacturing or EMS environment.
- Strong expertise in manufacturing/process engineering, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and support complex customer programs.
