Key Responsibilities - Develop short-term and long-term marketing strategies aligned with business objectives - Manage integrated 360° marketing plans across online, offline, and in-store channels - Plan and oversee the annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing calendar - Develop and strengthen brand positioning to ensure consistency across all channels - Lead campaign and promotional strategy planning - Manage and oversee marketing teams, including Content, Digital, Graphic, and PR (if applicable) - Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and campaign performance to optimize marketing strategies - Collaborate with Retail, Visual Merchandising, and senior management teams - Manage marketing budget effectively to ensure maximum ROI - Build partnerships with external brands, agencies, and business partners - Monitor market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to inform strategic decisions - Present marketing performance reports and strategic recommendations to management Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field - Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing (experience in retail, lifestyle, or beauty industries is an advantage) - Proven experience in managing marketing teams or cross-functional teams - Strong understanding of 360° marketing including online, offline, and retail marketing - Strong data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills - Creative yet structured approach to planning and execution - Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure - Experience working with multi-store retail brands is an advantage
