Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven and growth-focused Senior Manager - Media & Social Growth to lead Makro's paid media, social media, KOL/influencer strategy, and own media growth ecosystem. This role is responsible for accelerating customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion through performance marketing, viral social content, KOL collaboration, and data-driven media optimization.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in digital media, performance marketing, social growth strategy, and content-driven commerce, with proven experience managing large-scale campaigns and media investment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead integrated media and social growth strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Manage media investment planning and optimization across Meta, TikTok, Google, LINE, and other digital platforms.
  • Drive social growth strategy for Makro Review and other own media channels.
  • Lead KOL/influencer campaigns and viral content strategy to maximize engagement and acquisition.
  • Monitor and optimize KPIs including ROAS, CAC, CVR, engagement, installs, and sales contribution.
  • Collaborate closely with Commercial Planning, CRM, Monetization, and Creative teams.
  • Lead media performance reporting and actionable insight generation.
  • Manage agencies, media partners, and content production teams.
  • Develop testing frameworks for creatives, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
  • Support major campaigns, seasonal events, and integrated omni-channel launches.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields.
  • 8-12 years of experience in media, digital marketing, performance marketing, or social commerce.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and social media ecosystem.
  • Proven track record in driving growth, acquisition, and media efficiency.
  • Strong understanding of content virality and social engagement strategy.
  • Experience managing large media budgets and agency ecosystems.
  • Analytical mindset with strong performance optimization capability.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Retail, e-commerce, or FMCG experience is highly preferred.
  • Fluent in English communication.
