Key Responsibility:
- Strong category management and commercial thinking, with a solid understanding of HBA trends and opportunities
- Strong analytical and logical thinking, including deep root cause analysis, clear prioritization, and structured problem-solving
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver clear, structured presentations
- Ability to translate insights into actionable plans and drive business results
- Strong ownership and initiative, with the ability to think beyond the obvious and proactively identify opportunities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in modern trade or large-scale retail would be a plus
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Merchandising, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in merchandising, Retail, FMCG or Personal care business, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful merchandising strategies
- Strong leadership skills and high resilience
- Customer centric mindset
- Persuasion, Supplier management, Stakeholder management
- Strong in Data analysis, Strategy planning and market insight
- Category Management and Commercial Acumen as well as developing Category Strategy
- Experience in working cross-functionally to deliver step-change projects
- Leading a team and understanding of country and global supply chain products
