Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Manager – Operations & Delivery will be responsible for, including but not limited to

  • Drive day-to-day business operations and execution across the India office.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the India office, working closely with US leadership to ensure seamless execution of business operations, client engagements, recruitment, and delivery initiatives.
  • Partner closely with US leadership to execute strategic initiatives and operational priorities.
  • Support client delivery by managing resource planning, staffing coordination, onboarding, and delivery execution.
  • Work closely with Sales, Recruitment, and Delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
  • Personally support hiring for critical Sales, Marketing, IT, and leadership positions across India and the US whenever required.
  • Meet with clients, prospects, and partners to support business development, operational reviews, delivery discussions, and relationship management.
  • Represent the India office in client meetings and act as a liaison between India operations and the US leadership team.
  • Support the US office with proposal discussions, client presentations, solution reviews, and operational initiatives.
  • Monitor resource utilization, delivery performance, and operational KPIs to ensure business objectives are achieved.
  • Resolve operational challenges and client escalations while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, delivery quality, and overall business performance.
  • Prepare and present regular operational updates, hiring progress, delivery metrics, and business insights to leadership.

Travel within India and occasionally internationally as business needs require.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8–12 years of experience in IT Services, Staffing, SaaS, or Technology organizations.
  • Strong experience in Operations, Delivery, Client Management, Recruitment, and Business Execution.
  • Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, and Technology organizations.
  • Experience working with both India and US stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of resource planning, staffing, delivery operations, and client management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and drive business outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business engagements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth technology environment.
  • Exposure to SaaS, AI, Healthcare Technology, or IT Consulting businesses.
  • Experience working directly with executive leadership and enterprise clients.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment, business operations, and client delivery functions.
