Senior Manager – Regional Sales Management is responsible to drive sales within an assigned geographical area/territory and guide a team of field sales representatives. He/she is responsible for delivering presentations to potential and existing customers, evaluating the performance of the sales team, and preparing concise sales reports. Manage team capabilities to achieved P&L as targeted, and manage relationship with key account.
Responsibilities:
- Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory
- Set strategic plan to increase market share as targeted and perform competitor analysis in the area responsible
- Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects
- Design and propose digital initiative to improve work processes
- Monitoring the performance of the sales team, including sales, profit, cost, customer retention, etc. in accordance to the business requirement and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets
- Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned territory to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
- Communicating with store managers to determine customers needs.
- Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.
- Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen the organization with Tao Kae mindset
Key skills:
- Degree in business administration or any related fields
- At least 7 years in Sales, Key account, or any related field
- Analytical and result oriented mindset – willingness to roll-up sleeves to do own analysis
- Strong analytical capabilities and well-versed in analytical tools (e.g. PowerBI, MS Excel)
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Problem solving and ability to influence senior key stakeholders
- Teaming and collaboration across multiple key stakeholders and functions
