Responsible for driving sales targets, managing customer relationships, coaching the sales execution team, and ensuring effective commercial execution and customer satisfaction and high-quality customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities – Sales Execution Senior Manager
- Drive sales performance and achieve assigned volume and business targets
- Lead, coach, and support the Sales Execution and Sales Coordination team
- Build, manage, and develop customer relationships and sales opportunities
- Evaluate customer potential and maintain an updated sales pipeline
- Conduct sales planning and monitor customer performance regularly
- Negotiate and conclude contracts with major customers
- Identify new business opportunities and improve customer portfolio quality
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on pricing, tenders, and commercial activities
- Ensure proper handover and communication with Customer Service teams
- Provide market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback to management
- Maintain accurate records and updates in Salesforce and related systems
- Ensure high-quality customer engagement and customer satisfaction
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Shipping, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the maritime, shipping, or logistics industry
- Experience in Sales and/or Customer Service Team Lead
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Good analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM/Salesforce, and related business systems
- Fluent in English
