Senior Manager – Supply Chain Process Optimization

About the role
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Manager – Supply Chain Process Optimization to lead end-to-end supply chain transformation initiatives across distribution centers, replenishment, mid-mile, and last-mile operations. This role will establish and lead a Supply Chain Center of Excellence (CoE), driving operational excellence, standardization, and continuous improvement across the network.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives across supply chain and logistics operations.
- Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement programs to enhance service, productivity, and cost efficiency.
- Develop and standardize SOPs, work instructions, and best practices across the supply chain network.
- Build and govern a Supply Chain Center of Excellence (CoE).
- Define KPI frameworks and establish performance management dashboards.
- Manage PMO governance for strategic transformation projects, including WMS/TMS implementations, DC network optimization, fleet transformation, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external logistics providers to drive business outcomes.
- Lead change management and capability-building programs within the SCM organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10–15 years experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Process Improvement, PMO, or Transformation roles.
- Strong background in retail, FMCG, wholesale, logistics, or 3PL environments.
- Proven success leading large-scale transformation and process improvement programs.
- Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen certification preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, ERP, WMS, or TMS platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
- Professional proficiency in Thai and English.
