Role Purpose
The Senior Manager, System Optimization is accountable for improving the technical performance, reliability, efficiency, and operational readiness of assets across the operating portfolio in ENGIE SEA. The role supports site teams in the country to identify under-performing systems, recurring technical issues, process deviations, and improvement opportunities, implement quick wins and long-term mitigating actions.
The role leads energy performance management, benchmarking, operational analytics, strategic maintenance governance, and technical support to the site O&M teams.
The role acts as the point of reference in REX (return of experience) discussions between Operations, Project Delivery, Engineering and Business Development. Serves as the regional subject matter expert on utility system optimization, operational excellence and performance governance.
