Senior Recruitment Manager (Staff Augmentation)

Location: Bangalore

Role Summary:

The Senior Recruitment Manager – IT Contract Staffing will drive end-to-end hiring delivery for contract roles while leading and mentoring a team of recruiters. This role involves ownership of hiring outcomes, vendor ecosystem management, and ensuring high-quality, quick turnaround closures across IT requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery for IT contract staffing roles
  • Drive team performance to meet hiring targets and turnaround timelines (TAT)
  • Manage, mentor, and coach a team of recruiters to improve productivity and quality
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline for niche and high-volume IT requirements
  • Collaborate with hiring managers/clients to understand requirements and priorities
  • Ensure high-quality submissions and improved closure ratios
  • Manage and optimize vendor ecosystem for speed, quality, and cost efficiency
  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics and drive data-based improvements
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, processes, and compliance requirements
  • Oversee smooth onboarding and documentation for contract hires
  • Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on hiring progress

Key Metrics:

  • Time to fill (TAT)
  • Closures per month (individual + team)
  • Submission-to-closure ratio
  • Offer-to-join ratio
  • Vendor performance and quality
  • Team productivity and delivery SLAs

Experience & Skills:

  • 8–12 years of experience in IT recruitment with strong exposure to contract staffing
  • Proven experience in team handling and delivery management
  • Expertise in sourcing niche IT talent and managing high-volume hiring
  • Strong understanding of contract staffing models (C2C, payroll, rate cards, margins)
  • Experience in vendor management and multi-channel sourcing
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Proficiency in ATS tools and reporting
