Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for leading and driving end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent aligned with the organization's business goals. This role oversees talent acquisition operations, employer branding, workforce planning, and recruitment analytics while partnering closely with senior leaders to support sustainable growth.
Job Description :
1.Talent Acquisition Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute company-wide talent acquisition strategies aligned with business and workforce plans
- Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team to ensure high performance and capability building
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on talent market trends, hiring risks, and workforce insights
2.Recruitment Operations & Delivery
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for executive, managerial, and critical roles
- Ensure recruitment timelines, quality of hire, and candidate experience meet defined standards
- Implement effective sourcing strategies, including digital platforms, talent pools, referrals, and headhunters
3.Stakeholder Management
- Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions
- Manage external vendors such as recruitment agencies, job portals, and assessment providers
4.Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen the organization's talent market positioning
- Ensure a consistent, positive, and professional candidate experience across all touch points
5.Data, Analytics & Process Improvement
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire)
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
6.Compliance & Governance
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws, internal policies, and ethical standards
Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 812 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, with at least 35 years in a managerial or senior leadership role
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employer branding, and labor market trends
- Proven experience in strategic workforce planning and stakeholder management
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Experience with ATS and recruitment analytics tools is an advantage
