We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Director to join our Financial Advisory practice, specializing in M&A Transactions. The successful candidate will play a leading role in originating, managing, and executing complex domestic and cross-border M&A transactions across multiple industries.
The role requires strong technical expertise in transaction advisory, corporate finance, valuation, due diligence, deal structuring, and stakeholder management, combined with proven business development capabilities and leadership experience.
The Director will work closely with clients including corporates, family-owned businesses, private equity firms, sovereign entities, and strategic investors to deliver end-to-end transaction solutions.

Job Description
- Direct Experience in Transaction Service engagements including financial due diligence, and/or valuation assignments or M&As.
- Advise clients on transaction strategy, deal structuring, valuation, negotiation support, and execution.
- Oversee financial due diligence, valuation analysis, financial modeling, and transaction documentation processes.
- Proven business development skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including technical and business writing, report preparation, documentation and presentation skills;
- Ability to present recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences;
- Proven ability to interact with clients, outside legal counsel and staff of various levels;
- Requires a high level of maturity, professionalism, initiative, integrity and confidentiality;
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles and banking practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
- Minimum 10 - 15 years of experience in top‑tier advisory / investment banking / corporate finance
- Professional certifications (CPA, CA, CFA, or equivalent) demonstrating technical credibility will be an added advantage.
- Experience working with multinational clients and cross-border transactions.
- Strong network within the corporate and investment community is preferred.
