Summary- To support Treasury operations and compliance for Lenovo's newly established Asset Financing Entity in Thailand. This role ensures robust funding structures, governance, and regulatory adherence while fulfilling fiduciary duties as the registered company director under Thai law. The position sits within Lenovo Global Financial Services (LGFS) and reports to the Senior Leasing Manager AP, with a primary focus on Treasury and compliance responsibilities. In addition, the role will support broader Central Asia Pacific (CAP) initiatives for LGFS and Lenovo Treasury, including funding strategies, compliance frameworks, and governance across the region

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement funding models to support AFE leasing operations.
  • Negotiate credit facilities and receivables assignment agreements with financial institutions.
  • Coordinate with Lenovo Treasury on residual investment loans and capital optimization strategies.
  • Build and maintain risk frameworks for credit exposure and receivables management.
  • Act as the registered company director for statutory compliance, with authority to sign financial statements and execute binding contracts.
  • Ensure adherence to Thai corporate law, BOT regulations, AML/KYC requirements, and Lenovo internal governance policies.
  • Oversee financial reporting, audits, and statutory filings with the Department of Business Development (DBD).
  • Implement robust internal controls and risk management practices.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Lenovo AP leadership, regulators, and banking partners.
  • Provide strategic input on funding and compliance matters to support AFE growth objectives.
  • Provide Treasury and compliance support for broader Central Asia Pacific (CAP) initiatives under LGFS and Lenovo Treasury.

Qualification Experience

  • Degree in Finance Economics. MBA preferred.
  • Strong experience in Treasury Compliance.
  • Sound local market understanding of regulations and compliance
  • Strategic thinker and leadership skills.
