Job Purpose:
We're seeking an experienced Inside Sales Lead to drive growth and expansion of our personal loan/overdraft products along with other cross-sell products e.g., insurance & value-added services.
Key Deliverables:
- Leading a team of relationship managers for selling Personal loans & overdraft facilities
- Developing and executing strategic plans to increase customer acquisition, improve conversion rates, and strengthen partnerships
- Managing internal (product & contact center) & external (lenders & customers) stakeholder relationship
- Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts
Key Competencies & Behaviors:
- Minimum graduation. MBA/PGDM preferred
- At least 4 years of Personal loan / Overdraft facility sales experience
- Must be having either contact center or marketplace experience
- Strong excel & presentation skills
- Strong verbal or written communication skills
- Data driven & problem-solving mindset
- Passion for Results: High degree of commitment with bias for execution excellence
- Demonstrated ability to work in High agency/ High hustle settings with a business-first mindset
