Job Description

Job Purpose:

We're seeking an experienced Inside Sales Lead to drive growth and expansion of our personal loan/overdraft products along with other cross-sell products e.g., insurance & value-added services.

Key Deliverables:

  • Leading a team of relationship managers for selling Personal loans & overdraft facilities
  • Developing and executing strategic plans to increase customer acquisition, improve conversion rates, and strengthen partnerships
  • Managing internal (product & contact center) & external (lenders & customers) stakeholder relationship
  • Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts

Key Competencies & Behaviors:

  • Minimum graduation. MBA/PGDM preferred
  • At least 4 years of Personal loan / Overdraft facility sales experience
  • Must be having either contact center or marketplace experience
  • Strong excel & presentation skills
  • Strong verbal or written communication skills
  • Data driven & problem-solving mindset
  • Passion for Results: High degree of commitment with bias for execution excellence
  • Demonstrated ability to work in High agency/ High hustle settings with a business-first mindset
