Senior Manufacturing Costing Officer
Location: Thailand, Klong Sam in Pathumthani
Industry: Manufacturing SAP-B1
Our client is seeking an experienced manufacturing finance professional
to strengthen its costing and financial control function within a
production environment.
This position is suitable for candidates with solid exposure to
manufacturing costing, inventory control, ERP-based reporting, and
operational finance support. The role combines costing analysis,
accounting coordination, and cross-functional interaction with
production and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze monthly and yearly manufacturing costs and
prepare related reports
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including costing
analysis and reconciliation
- Monitor inventory control and fixed asset control processes
- Review Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), vouchers,
and related reconciliations
- Prepare monthly costing reports, forecasts, and management reporting
support
- Provide financial analysis to support operational and management
decision-making
- Review tax filings including withholding tax and VAT submissions
- Support corporate income tax preparation together with the
Accounting Manager
- Coordinate with internal departments to improve costing accuracy and
financial controls
- Reporting: directly to the Senior Accounting Manager with 2 officers
reporting into this position

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
- Approximately 510 years of experience in manufacturing costing and
accounting
- Strong experience in inventory and stock control within a factory
environment
- Familiar with ERP systems such as SAP or similar manufacturing
finance platforms
- Good analytical skills with ability to interpret operational and
financial data
- Comfortable working closely with production, warehouse, and
operational teams
- Good command of Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and MS Office
applications
- English communication skills sufficient for reporting and
coordination
- CPD license is considered an advantage
- Self-motivated, hands-on, and detail-oriented team player
