Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Background or experience in the electrical field is required
- Set up, calibrate, and maintain tooling and fixtures for testers to ensure accuracy, reliability, and production readiness.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and continuously improve tester control systems to support stable and efficient testing operations.
- Develop, modify, and support tester-related software or scripts for automation, data collection, and process optimization.
- Analyze tester performance and resolve hardware/software issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with production team to support new product introduction and tester improvements.
- Software knowledge is an advantage
- Experience with HDD industry test equipment would be an advantage
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical or a related engineering field
- 4 years minimum in related position.
PREFERRED:
- Previous experience as an Engineer
- Moderately communicate of spoken and written English.
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Computer literacy

- Strong relational skills to develop a good relationship within the organization
- Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Able to work under high pressure
