Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will lead process development for new product introductions, drive process optimization, and play a key part in solving complex engineering issues in production. Qualifications Summary

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics & Communications, Circuit & Systems, Automation, or a related field
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in product or process engineering within the electronics or telecommunications industry
• Technical Proficiency:

Solid theoretical knowledge of analog and digital circuits; familiar with the performance and parameters of commonly used electronic components; strong ability to analyze anomalies in electronic products

Familiar with engineering requirements across all stages of electronic product development; extensive experience in manufacturing processes for communication and electronic products

• Language: Proficient in reading technical documents in English; fluent spoken English is a strong advantage
• Soft Skills: Excellent team collaboration and communication skills; able to work under pressure; self-motivated, detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to continuous improvement

Key Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support in the early stages of product design and development
• Lead pilot production runs for new products and define optimized process flows
• Continuously improve production processes to boost efficiency and yield
• Perform engineering analysis to identify root causes of defects and drive corrective actions
• Guide the development and ongoing improvement of process flow diagrams and work instructions
• Train and mentor junior engineers to improve problem-solving capabilities and technical skills
