Collaborate with headquarters team to execute and analyze local market research, supporting research needs across different product stages.
Develop research plans and methodologies based on requests from local business teams, and independently complete research projects.
Manage the execution progress and output quality of contracted research agencies.
Synthesize research findings, macro data, local observations, and on-the-ground insights to produce comprehensive insight reports.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Thai and Chinese required; fluency in English preferred.
Familiarity with Thai social culture and consumer environment; candidates with work, residency, or study experience in Thailand preferred.
Bachelor's degree or above in Statistics, Sociology, Communications, Marketing, Psychology, Anthropology, or related fields.
3–5+ years of experience in market research; candidates with experience at international research firms or large in-house research teams (internet, consumer electronics, etc.) preferred.
Strong logical thinking, clear communication and reporting skills, high self-drive, passion for research, and curiosity for discovery.
