Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for marketing communication (offline media), art direction, and budget control of Central Embassy, Open House, and Central: The Original Store.
- Prepared and presented quarterly performance reports to senior leadership while developing and implementing annual strategic marketing plans.
- Develop marketing plans, media strategy, and communication assets, including execution processes to ensure the quality of brand communication promotes a good image and reputation that aligns with brand positioning throughout the year.
- Organized and managed comprehensive marketing initiatives, including promotional events, photo/video production, agency briefings, and supervised end-to-end production processes to deliver high-impact campaign materials.
- Collaborate with various marketing teams, including events, PR, digital, promotion, tenant relations, visual merchandise, graphics, and operations to develop and implement the mall's campaigns and activations.
- Plan and manage media buying processes, including identifying or maximizing strong market opportunities with digital and retail marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments, external creative and design agencies, and international agencies to deliver exceptional outcomes and elevate the quality of brand experience.
- Lead a team responsible for in-store media management, develop comprehensive media strategies, and create value-driven proposals for external partners to maximize in-store media revenue streams.
- Manage and work closely with the Production team and printing supplier to achieve the deliverables within the time plan.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in retail, luxury fashion, or creative agencies.
- Experience in marketing communications and brand management, with a proven track record of success, preferably in retail, luxury brands.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Creative mindset with a results-driven approach.
- Critical and analytical thinkers with the ability to adapt to different tasks and functions.
- Capable of multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced work environment while working under pressure.
- Excellent command of English.
- Deep understanding of luxury culture, high fashion, and lifestyle trends, with a strong sense of taste will be a plus.
