About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Designer to support global marketing and communications teams by delivering high-quality, brand-compliant visual assets across multiple channels. This is a hands-on, production-focused role covering presentation design, visual retouching, print-ready artwork, and multimedia content.
As a key brand guardian, you will ensure all creative deliverables strictly follow corporate brand guidelines and maintain consistency across global markets. Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all design deliverables comply with corporate identity and brand guidelines, safeguarding global brand consistency
- Design and produce high-quality marketing and communication materials for internal and external audiences
- Create executive-level PowerPoint presentations with clear structure, visual storytelling, and refined content
- Retouch, adapt, localize, and optimize visual assets across formats and channels while maintaining brand accuracy
- Prepare artwork files for print production, ensuring correct specifications and production readiness
- Support video and motion content production for marketing and communications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives into effective visual solutions
- Support global and regional teams with design requests in a responsive and collaborative manner
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting timelines and quality standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphic Design, Communication Arts, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or communication design in Corporate Marketing Team (MUST)
- Strong expertise in PowerPoint, with proven experience creating polished presentations for business or executive audiences
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and relevant video editing tools
- Solid skills in visual retouching, image adaptation, and brand-accurate execution
- Experience producing digital assets, brochures, presentations, events materials, websites, print, and multimedia content
- Strong understanding of corporate brand systems and identity guidelines
- Familiarity with collaboration and project tools such as ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana, Jira, or similar
- Comfortable working in macOS environments
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Experience working in an international or global environment is a plus
