DEXIAN is actively recruiting Senior Marketing Executive APAC to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing, executing, and managing events that build brand awareness, attract potential clients, and support lead generation efforts. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-impact events that resonate with both technical and business audiences in the staffing and IT industry.
About the role
We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Executive to drive demand generation across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines. This role combines event marketing, digital campaigns, and internal engagement to generate qualified leads, strengthen the Dexian brand, and support revenue growth across key ASEAN markets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support end-to-end demand generation across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines, with clear ownership to qualified lead (MQL) targets and supporting overall sales pipeline growth and conversion
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels (LinkedIn, Google, email) and events, ensuring strong alignment to business priorities, target accounts, and client segments.
- Conceptualize and deliver high-impact client engagement initiatives including roundtables, webinars, networking events, and recruitment drives, with a clear focus on pipeline creation, conversion, and ROI.
- Partner closely with sales, recruitment, and solutions teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals, ensuring effective lead follow-up, nurturing, and conversion into business opportunities.
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign and event performance using key metrics such as lead quality, conversion rates, and cost per lead, continuously improving marketing effectiveness.
- Develop and manage marketing content and communications, including external campaigns, social media, and internal initiatives such as newsletters and All-Hands, to strengthen brand positioning and engagement.
- Build and execute quarterly marketing plans with a forward-looking view on pipeline generation, market trends, and growth opportunities across ASEAN.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years marketing experience, preferably within the technology services, technology product and IT services.
- Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads with a strong understanding of paid media strategy, campaign optimization, and performance analytics
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing
- Strong project management and organizational skills, excellent communication abilities.
- Previous experience organizing events, round table discussions, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Knowledge and understanding of marketing automation tools, ROI measures.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Proficiency with event analytics and reporting to measure success and impact.
