Senior Marketing Executive

We're looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to own Finetunes marketing targets, working directly with our CEO.

Finetunes is a B2B music licensing and streaming platform built for cafés, restaurants, hotels, and retail businesses. We provide fully licensed, AI-curated music solutions, and we're scaling fast across Thailand and into international markets. We're looking for someone to help us set a new standard for the industry.

You'll own Finetunes marketing targets directly, working closely with our CEO to plan, drive, and track all marketing activities — from ad campaigns and content to events, partnerships, and influencer collaborations — to help push Finetunes growth toward its goals.

• Own Finetunes marketing targets/KPIs and work directly with the CEO to plan strategies that hit them
• Coordinate with our Ads Agency to manage campaigns and track results against targets
• Coordinate with our production team on content to keep it aligned with strategy and marketing timelines
• Gather and analyze sales and marketing data to continuously plan and refine strategy
• Manage marketing activities, sales promotions, and event booths
• Coordinate with online media and influencers to promote the Finetunes platform
• Regularly present marketing results and progress to the CEO, with recommendations for improvement
• Plan the marketing budget together with the CEO and allocate it based on activity performance

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing
• Prior experience owning and being accountable for marketing targets
• Strong communication and coordination skills; comfortable working independently
• Able to analyze marketing data to support strategic decisions
• Able to travel domestically or internationally for events and sales promotions when needed
• Hard-working, eager to learn, and excited to be part of something big
• An interest in or knowledge of music is a strong plus

• Salary: THB 35,000–40,000
• Work setup: Onsite at our Bangkok office
• Reports directly to the Founder & CEO
