Senior Marketing Executive Job Description

Senior Marketing Executive plays a vital role in supporting and executing marketing initiatives aimed at promoting the company's products, services, and brand presence. This role works closely with the Regional Digital Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure all marketing activities and campaigns are delivered effectively and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign & Promotion Support

  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and materials.

2. Content Creation & Management

  • Create, edit, and proofread marketing content including social media posts, email campaigns, brochures, and blog articles.
  • Manage and update website content and social media platforms.
  • Develop scripts and assist in planning video content; support storyboarding and enhancement of video concepts.

3. Event Coordination

  • Organize and execute promotional events, trade shows, webinars, and seminars.
  • Manage event logistics such as venue booking, equipment setup, and attendee registration (in collaboration with the Merchandise Department).
  • Arrange monthly offline seminars and collect attendee data.
  • Participate in and observe financial-related exhibitions to gain insights and opportunities.

4. Market Research

  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
  • Analyze market findings to support marketing strategies and contribute to weekly, monthly, and quarterly marketing reports.

5. Reporting & Analytics

  • Track, measure, and report key campaign performance metrics.
  • Prepare presentations and insights for management and relevant stakeholders.

6. Administrative Support

  • Coordinate team meetings, schedules, and project timelines.
  • Liaise with Rewards, Cost Control, and related departments involved in Thai campaigns.
  • Consult with the BD (Sales) team regarding promotions and prize cost planning.

7. Other Responsibilities

  • Provide additional support to the Regional Digital Marketing Manager and the overall marketing team as required.
