CPF is looking for a Senior/Marketing Manager with a business owner mindset to lead core brands, drive brand strategy, NPD, and deliver profitable growth with full P&L accountability.
Responsibilities
- Lead brand strategy & integrated marketing campaigns based on strong consumer and market insights
- Drive Market Intelligence to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages
- Lead New Product Development (NPD) from ideation, cross‑functional collaboration (R&D, Sales, Supply Chain) to commercial launch
- Own category P&L, marketing budget, pricing strategy, and ROI optimization
- Act as a key driver across BU, Sales, Supply Chain, and external agencies to ensure business execution
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in Marketing / Brand Management (FMCG or Food & Beverage preferred)
- Proven experience in P&L management, budget planning, and commercial analysis
- Strong strategic & analytical thinking with hands‑on execution capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
