Role Purpose
Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for the Flavour Solutions business across Southeast Asia, with primary focus on Flavour and Food Industry customers.
This role drives insight-led innovation, brand positioning, and demand generation, while ensuring strong cross-functional execution. QSR remains a secondary scope, managed through team leadership rather than direct account ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy & Business Growth (Core: Flavour & Food Industry)
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share for Specialty Flavours.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, customer needs, and industry developments across food manufacturers.
- Monitor sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
2. Insight-Led Innovation Development
- Leverage insights to drive front-end innovation and build a strong innovation pipeline.
- Collaborate with R&D and cross-functional teams to develop flavour solutions aligned with customer applications and processes.
- Translate market and customer needs into clear innovation concepts to support commercial growth.
3. Brand Positioning & Content Development
- Build and strengthen McCormick Specialty Flavour positioning and value proposition across SEA.
- Develop marketing content, category narratives, and sales enablement tools to support customer engagement.
- Ensure alignment between marketing materials and sales messaging to deliver a consistent brand experience.
4. Integrated Campaign Management & Execution
- Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns to generate awareness, demand, and customer engagement.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure effective and timely execution.
- Drive strong project management discipline across all marketing initiatives.
5. Team Leadership & QSR Oversight (Secondary Scope)
- Lead and develop a lean marketing team, providing direction, coaching, and performance management.
- Oversee QSR-related marketing activities through the team, ensuring alignment with overall strategy.
- Enable team effectiveness while maintaining focus on priority growth areas in Flavour and Food Industry segments.

Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Food Science, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in B2B food, flavour, or ingredients industry (Min 3 years with a lead role) with proven track record in developing and successfully implement Marketing strategies.
- Strong experience in marketing strategy, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience in team management and stakeholder engagement
- Exposure to QSR is a plus, but not primary requirement
