Role Overview:
Infinix is to build a Social-first Gen-Z tech brand in Thailand, and we are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing strategy across product campaigns, cultural partnerships, creative development, and channel coordination.
This role will sit at the center of the marketing team ensuring that every campaign, collaboration, and touchpoint works together to drive brand awareness and cultural relevance
.You will work closely with global teams, local partners, and internal stakeholders to bring campaigns to life across social, media, retail, and e-commerce.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product IMC Strategy
1.1 Lead integrated marketing strategy for product launches and key campaigns
1.2 Develop strong creative ideas to ensure campaigns are social-first and Gen-Z relevant
1.3 Oversee integration across creative, design, social and media execution
1.4 Manage agencies to deliver impactful and consistent campaign output
2. Cross-over & Sponsorship Strategy
2.1 Define how partnerships and sponsorships can accelerate brand awareness
2.2 Identify opportunities to own key youth passion segments through collaborations
2.3 Work with the Partnerships Manager to develop and execute sponsorship initiatives
2.4 Integrate cross-over moments into both campaign bursts and always-on marketing
3. Creative & Global Coordination
3.1 Serve as the key liaison between Thailand and global marketing/design teams
3.2 Translate global brand and product strategies into locally relevant executions
3.3 Ensure creative consistency and strong brand expression across campaigns
3.4 Provide market feedback and insights to help refine global strategies
4. Retail & E-commerce Coordination
4.1 Align marketing campaigns with retail and e-commerce priorities
4.2 Coordinate with sales teams to maximize campaign visibility across channels
4.3 Ensure product launches are supported by strong retail and online execution
4.4 Bridge communication between marketing, retail, and e-commerce teams
Requirements:
1 7+ years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, or integrated campaigns
2 Strong experience leading IMC campaigns and product launches
3 Experience working with creative, media, and social teams or agencies
4 Ability to connect brand strategy with execution across multiple channels
5 Strong project leadership and cross-team coordination skills
6 Understanding of Thai youth culture and Gen-Z audiences
7 Fluent in English or Chinese and Thai
