Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead annual and quarterly promotion strategies, defining clear promotion pillars aligned with corporate and category goals.
  • Own and develop promotion mechanics and playbooks (e.g. tiers, bundles, loyalty triggers) to drive conversion and participation.
  • Drive segmentation and offer strategies by customer lifecycle, segment, channel, and category.
  • Establish and manage promotion KPIs (conversion, participation, ROI proxy) using a test-and-learn approach.
  • Initiate and lead promotion innovation pilots, from testing to scale or stop decisions.
  • Manage a single master promotion and event calendar, including prioritization and change control.
  • Ensure execution excellence through clear governance, approvals, and timeline management.
  • Oversee tenant participation operations, tracking, and readiness.
  • Monitor performance through dashboards, reporting, and post-campaign reviews.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  • 8+ years of experience in retail, e-commerce, omni-channel, or consumer businesses.
  • Strong expertise in promotion strategy, conversion mechanics, and marketing operations.
  • Proven analytical skills in KPI design, dashboards, and performance measurement.
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders in matrix organizations.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills in English.
