Description
1. Growth & Lead Generation
- Support growth initiatives across Reeracoen's recruitment ecosystem including Recruitment Services, SourceOut (SO), Profi, Profinder, and EZHire
- Execute lead generation campaigns for employers, HR teams, companies, candidates, and job seekers
- Optimize marketing funnels from awareness to conversion
- Explore acquisition opportunities through organic channels, paid ads, partnerships, communities, and short-form content
2. Campaign & Content Execution
- Support marketing campaigns across multiple products and audiences
- Co-create content strategies with internal teams
- Create marketing content for Facebook, LinkedIn, websites, landing pages, EDM, and CRM campaigns
- Translate user insights into campaign and content ideas that improve engagement and conversion
3. Digital Marketing & Funnel Optimization
- Manage campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads (optional)
- Monitor and improve CTR, Conversion Rate, CPL, and Activation Rate
- Conduct A/B testing on messaging, creatives, hooks, and CTAs
- Use tools such as Meta Pixel, GA4, and Tag Manager for tracking and optimization
4. CRM & Retention Marketing
- Support CRM and EDM activities for different audience segments
- Assist in communication strategies for clients, candidates, and freelance recruiters
- Improve activation and retention through email flows, LINE OA, and retargeting campaigns
5. Collaboration & Experimentation
- Work closely with Marketing Lead, Product Owners, Creative Team, and Sales/Recruitment Teams
- Contribute new ideas and support cross-functional marketing initiatives
Requirement
- 3–5 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing or Content-driven Marketing
- Strong understanding of Marketing Funnels, Lead Generation and Digital Campaign Execution
- Ability to write clear and engaging marketing content
- Hands-on mindset with strong execution ability
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
- Basic understanding of performance metrics and analytics
- Ability to communicate in English
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in Recruitment, HR Tech, SaaS, Startup or Marketplace platforms
- Understanding of Employer hiring behavior and Candidate/job seeker behavior
- Experience with Short-form video content, CRM / EDM tools and Marketing automation
- Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads or SendGrid CRM tools
