Job Description

We are currently searching for a SeniorMarketing Specialist to support our business development in Thailand . This is for our Smart Home brand IMOU (Pronounced: I-Moe).

1, Who Are We

IMOU is a global leader in Smart Home segment . IMOU has built a reputation in overseas market as the go to vendor for Smart Security & Smart Home.

Set up as a subsidiary of Dahua Group which is the second largest surveillance & security manufacturer in the world, IMOU has been established to make smart home security & technology much easier to operate/use. IMOU's product lines include Smart Security, Smart Lock, Smart Energy/Lighting, IOT, Smart Robotics, Storage & Cloud.

Our mission is to make Smart Home more affordable, effortless to use & easily accessible to our customers.

2. Job Responsibilities:

  1. Based on the local business development and HQ guidance , be responsible for formulating and planning the marketing strategy for Thailand, develop annual marketing activities and execute them.
  2. Collaborate with local sales teams, product teams, and the headquarters brand team to formulate marketing plans for new product launches, enhancing brand and product visibility, influence, and market share in the local area.
  3. Online Marketing: Tailor feasible online promotion plans (social media, influencer marketing, online advertising, etc.) according to the current business status of the local area, and execute them.
  4. Offline Marketing: Be responsible for the design, production, and deployment of offline materials (POSM and gifts); assist in promoting exhibitions, roadshows, and other activities in the region; manage and promote the brand's channel-side app; maintain the brand's offline image, and work with regional and headquarters to continuously improve the brand's offline display level.
  5. Allocate marketing budget reasonably, assess the necessity and effectiveness of cost investment, and be responsible for each marketing expense and corresponding project.
  6. Analyze data and use data to present project review and weekly work review.

3. Qualifications:

  1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above, with experience in a marketing agency or the Consumer electronics industry industry preferred.
  2. More than 5 years of integrated marketing or product marketing experience, familiar with and involved in three marketing fields: including, but not limited to, marketing planning, social media operations, digital advertising, channel promotion, e-commerce promotion, etc.
  3. Proactive in work, passionate about marketing, with strong learning ability and execution ability, and good communication and teamwork skills.
  4. Fluent in English, which can be used as a daily work language
