Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource management, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams comprising engineers, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project progress, resolve issues proactively, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure all technical specifications and compliance requirements are met.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, regulatory authorities, and external stakeholders, maintaining strong and professional relationships.
- Continuously evaluate and improve project management practices, implementing process enhancements and best-in-class standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 5 - 7 years of experience, preferably in Data Centers (DC), chilled water-cooled or air-cooled chiller plant systems.
- Experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects.
- Possession of a Professional Engineer License or equivalent is an advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Preferred knowledge in DC technologies, chiller plant management systems, regulatory compliance, infrastructure setup, work sequencing, SOO (Sequence of Operations), QA/QC standards, commissioning management (CxM), and EHS protocols.
- Proficient in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent.
- Experience in RFP and tender processes, as well as contract negotiation, is a plus.
- Solid understanding of prefabrication processes and long-lead equipment (LLE).
- Experience in commissioning (Cx), testing, and validation processes.
- Good understanding of the complete data center project delivery lifecycle.
