Own budget planning and run-rate monitoring for Linehaul operations, ensuring cost control and alignment with network plans
Support and review truck capacity planning across the Linehaul network to ensure sufficient capacity while optimizing cost and utilization
Conduct cost impact and scenario analysis for network changes
Drive truck mix optimization and fleet mix optimization to balance cost, capacity, and service levels
Monitor and analyze key Linehaul KPIs (Cost, utilization, on-time rate, fulfillment) and proactively flag risks and improvement opportunities
Design, control, and validate incentive schemes and payments for subcontractors, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and performance alignment
Develop and present weekly performance dashboards, reports, and alerts for Operations teams and Management
Lead cost-saving and speed-improvement initiatives, from analysis and business case development through execution tracking
Ensure SOP adherence and regulatory compliance across Linehaul operations
Act as PMO lead for all Linehaul-related improvement initiatives, including projects initiated by both the Performance team and Linehaul team
Coordinate closely with Operations, Performance, Finance, and Fleet teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field
4-7 years of experience in linehaul planning, transportation operations, network planning, or logistics performance improvement (e-commerce or express logistics preferred)
Strong analytical capability with hands-on experience in budgeting, cost modeling, and scenario analysis
Solid understanding of linehaul operations, fleet planning, and capacity optimization
Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; experience with BI tools or SQL is an advantage
Experience managing KPI frameworks, dashboards, and management reporting
Strong coordination and communication skills with cross-functional teams and operations stakeholders
Able to manage high-impact projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
